Villa Perugia
The holiday apartments are located inside an ancient refurbished villa,
surrounded by a 185 acres of natural park, just outside the medieval walls
of Perugia. The owners have carefully restored this residence to offer a
pleasant staying to all its hosts. The furnishing and the beautiful view,
which can be enjoyed from windows and terraces, are the real jewel of this
wonderful place.
The Villa Perugia, for its central position, offers the possibility to discover
Umbria and its fascinating medieval cities, which can be reached by car
in few minutes. It has 5 apartments, some of them communicating through
inner passages for greater groups; every apartment is completely independent
and offers the maximum privacy. They are equipped with television, satellite
TV (in some), air conditioning and equipped kitchenette or kitchen. Free
use of the laundry with washing machine and iron table.
The entire villa can be rented to groups and accommodate up to 16 persons
(22 with one extra bed in every apartment). In this case, the group may
use a big kitchen with a large table on the ground floor for cooking and
eating.
Outside there’s a picnic area with barbecue, amphitheatre, swimming pool,
solarium, big garden with bench and tables where to read or relax, private
parking. Around the villa there are many paths for walks through the park.
Small animals are accepted.
Il Fienile (6+1 pax - 1076 SqFt): big apartment on two levels has
2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which
with bathtub and two panoramic terraces. (on request, communicating with
“Musici” and “Scalino”).
I Musici (2+1 pax - 624 SqFt): an old fireplace in the living room,
the private terrace and the garden entrance are the main features of this
apartment. It has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom
with shower and kitchenette (on request, communicating with “il Fienile”)
Lo Scalino (2+1 pax - 517 SqFt): it has one double room, living
room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. It offers a view
on park and swimming pool area (on request, communicating with “il Fienile”)
L’Oriente (2+1 pax - 463 SqFt): this panoramic apartment has one
big decorated room with double bed, kitchenette and living room; bathroom
with shower.
L’Olivo (4+1 pax - 700 SqFt): there are two double rooms, two bathrooms
and a large dining room with equipped kitchenette. (no air conditioning
- not needed).
