Spoleto Villa Hotel is located on Monteluco, a sacred wood for
Romans, with a beautiful view on suggestive Umbrian landscapes and works
of art: Monteluco wood, Fortress Albornoz, Ponte delle Torri and the Romanic
Church of St. Peter.
Spoleto Villa Hotel rises on the remains of a 16 hundred hermitage, transformed
in a Villa during the XIX century, as happened to many local buildings.
It is in a unique position, surrounded by a suggestive wood, and at just
five minutes walking to Spoleto centre and the Dome.

The Hotel has 10 rooms: 8 standard rooms and 2 Junior Suite. Every room
has en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, internet connection, telephone,
TV Satellite, mini-bar (Private parking and swimming-pool). The continental
breakfast is served outside in the garden or in the large living room.

The swimming pool is behind the Villa and surrounded by green secular trees;
only for hotel customers.
