The Todi Relais Hotel is an early 17th century convent, decorated
with beautiful frescoes, restored to their original splendor buy highly
skilled restorers.
Surrounded by an ancient oaks and elm wood, the Relais Hotel is plunged
in the unique silence of Umbrian Countryside.
The building was originally a Capuchin convent erected on a pre-existing
medieval church, and was an important and cultural centre of Todi and Massa
Martana area; it became private property in the middle of 19th century.
The complex includes an interesting archaeological trail on the old Roman
necropolis and the consecrated church.
The hotel rooms were designed with the spirit of the original structure
in mind (there’s also an apartment with 2 bedrooms). They have all been
equipped with television, mini bar, Jacuzzi, internet connection and are
furnished, with prestigious Umbrian handcraft and fabrics.
