The Orvieto Relais de Charme is situated on a cape, 236 miles above
sea level, inside the estate of a famous company known for its high quality
wine production.
The Villa faces the medieval Etruscan city of Orvieto in Umbria,
and it’s unique in its kind for materials, elegance, refinement and services:
it’s regarded as a Luxury Villa. The Orvieto Relais de Charme is situated
in a calm position, very reserved and offers to its hosts a wonderful view
on the surrounding valleys, for holidays in complete harmony with nature.
The Villa has refined furnishing and a 5 stars service, guaranteed by the
Chef Manager and Director of international experience. He and his staff
will make your staying unforgettable.
The big garden around the Villa discovers a 360° view, on the great estate
of the farm house and its surrounded by vineyards; there’s a beautiful swimming
pool 14x17 meters, and a Jacuzzi swimming pool 4x2.

The Villa plan is developed on a surface of 6027 square feet, on
two levels.
On the ground floor there’s a wide lounge with sofas, an ancient fireplace
(dating back to ‘600) a big oval table, bathroom for hosts, services area
with a professionally equipped kitchen, a pantry and a double room with
bathroom.
There’s a magnificent and panoramic porch with table and chairs for breakfast,
or summer meals.
On the first floor we find 2 Suites with “king size” beds and 2
Junior Suites with French beds. The Suites are equipped with a large
bathroom with bathtub and shower.

We have been thinking about you even in details, to make your staying
unforgettable: air conditioning in every room, telephone in every room
with plug-in even in bathroom, LCD television, satellite TV, internet ADSL
connection, safe in every room, bathroom with bathtub and shower box, thick
mattresses (15 inch), soft and hard pillows, pure cashmere blankets, bathroom
set with bathroom linen set and robe in three sizes, enlightened cupboards.
The table is elegantly dressed with fine table cloths, silver high quality
cutlery and crystal glasses.
The first breakfast is served on a big oval table in the living room or
outside during spring and summer. If you prefer breakfast could be served
directly in your room.
All menus will be realized by the Chef, according to your tastes and seasonal
products available. The staff will be at your disposal from 7:00 a.m. to
23:00 p.m..
In the offer is included: Chef-manager, housekeeper and gardener.
