The Hotel is located inside a XVI century building in the historical
centre of Spoleto. The city is very rich in history art and places of interest
like the Duomo, the Torrita Fortress, the Rocca of Albornoz, the Ponte delle
Torri, which are the symbol of the city and of the Spoleto Festival. The
recent restoration works have been made maintaining all the original building
features, and exalting the wooden beams of the ceilings decorated with aristocratic
coat of arms, the terracotta floor and the ancient fireplace which is always
on during winter.
The hotel offers his customer the following services: private parking, TV
room, reading room, a small wine bar with Umbrian wines, 2 bars, a small
conference hall, sauna, massages on request and internet point, buffet breakfast,
covered private parking. The hotel has 21 rooms and 2 apartments and can
host up to 45 people.
The rooms have parquet floor furnished with beautiful paintings in
a charming and warm atmosphere. Every room has air conditioning, telephone,
TV satellite, minibar, bathroom with hairdryer; room service available.
The 2 apartments available can sleep 2 or 4 persons, and have fireplace,
bathroom, independent heating and give the opportunity of being a little
more independence than in a hotel room.
