The Perugia Hotel Residence, for its particular location on a hill
among trees, is a true oasis of quietness, were the eye can enjoy a wonderful
panorama on Perugia countryside. The hotel is easily reachable from all
directions, and is a good starting point to visit many places of cultural
and artistic interest in Umbria; its at just 3,5 km from the historical
centre of Perugia and at 20 minutes driving from Assisi.
The Perugia Hotel Residence has 33 rooms, furnished in minimal style,
with parquet floors and all modern comforts: air conditioning, mini bar,
satellite TV, safe, telephone, bathrooms with shower or Jacuzzi. The rooms
are placed on two levels connect by an elevator. Among the Hotel services
we have to notice the polyvalent lounge bar (containing up to 100 people),
with a wide window uncovering a wonderful view on Perugia and the surrounding
hills, a big terrace with swimming pool and solarium. The fitness area and
wellness centre is located on the ground floor and includes Turkish bath,
sauna, and a little gym.
There’s a parking inside the hotel and there are facilities for people with
handicap.
The Restaurant is the veritable Hotel’s “jewel”, open for customers and
external people, it is made by a wide inside room and an external veranda,
were to taste the regional cuisine and all typical Umbrian flavours. The
restaurant also organizes banquets and ceremonies.
