This Holiday House is a wonderful villa dating back to 1200, placed
just outside the medieval walls of Castel Ritaldi, a little village near
Spoleto.
The village of Castel Ritaldi has the name of the ancient castle and still
preserves the medieval walls around the centre. The Holiday House Spoleto
is just on the back side of the ancient castle, were there’s a great view
of Spoleto countryside. Here it’s possible to enjoy the quiet and the beauties
of Umbrian nature in any season.
There are 6 holiday apartments available of different sizes in rustic style,
with the typical wooden beams on the ceiling, and terracotta pavements.
Every apartment is furnished in a simple way and some have a fireplace or
a stove. Heating and the wood for the stove or fireplace is included in
the rates below.
Outside there’s a wide garden with a panoramic view on the Spoleto valley.
From the Holiday house there are several paths for long walks around Umbrian
woods and mountains.

LEOPOLDO: sleeps 2+1 (484 square feet)

kitchenette, fireplace and bathroom.
IL GELSO: sleeps 4+2 (735 square feet)
Rooms: two double bedrooms, living room with stove, equipped kitchenette
and two bathrooms.
NONNA MARIA: sleeps 6+1 (1345 square feet)
Rooms: three double bedrooms, living room with equipped kitchen, two bathrooms
an a terrace (376 square feet)
IL GRANAIO: sleeps 6+2 (968 square feet). Placed on two levels with independent
entrance, on the ground floor there’s 430 square feet living room with fireplace,
equipped kitchen, one double room and bathroom. On the first floor there’s
one double room and a twin room with bathroom.
LE SCALETTE: sleeps 4+2 (968 square feet). Placed on two levels with independent
entrance, on the ground floor there’s a living room, equipped kitchen, and
bathroom. The first floor has one double room, one twin room and a bathroom.

HIGH SEASON: from 16 July to 27 August.
Christmas, New year's day and Easter are considered high season periods.
