Collazzone Holiday Houses is a big holiday complex situated on
a hill plunged in green Todi countryside. The complex is made of
9 independent Holiday Houses different from each other, furnished with taste,
in a stile which combines modern and antique elements.
Dipped in a natural park close to Collazzone medieval centre, the Holiday
houses have a wonderful panorama on the surrounding valleys and are at just
20 minutes driving from Perugia. It’s the ideal starting point for
your visits to main Umbrian cities and villages like Todi, Assisi, Orvieto,
Spoleto, Deruta and Torgiano.

First floor: entrance, living room, little studio, dining area, kitchen
and access to large terrace. Ground Floor: stairs, room with two French
beds, single room, bathroom with bathtub, double room with wide living room/solarium
and bathroom with shower en suite. Private external garden, private parking;
common external area, swimming pool and barbecue. The house is equipped
with satellite TV, telephone, personal computer with internet access, alarm
and video intercom. The kitchen is provided with cooking point, ventilated
oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
TOSCA (1830 square feet, accommodating up to 5 persons)
First floor: entrance, big living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen,
large terrace for external meals, double room and single room with bathroom
and shower. Tower: stairs, living room with access to the solarium, double
room and bathroom with shower. There are also two private external areas,
private parking, common external area with swimming pool and barbecue.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, personal computer with
internet access, alarm and video intercom. The kitchen is provided with
cooking point, ventilated oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
CARMEN (700 square feet, accommodating 2/3 persons)
Ground floor: entrance, living room with dining area, kitchen, double room,
en-suite bathroom with shower (equipped for disables). There is also available
a private parking, common external area, external swimming pool and barbecue.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, personal computer with
internet access, alarm and video intercom. The kitchen is provided with
cooking point, ventilated oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
TURANDOT (1130 square feet, accommodating 2/4 persons)
First floor: stairs with entrance, large living room with fireplace, dining
room, large terrace with gazebo, double room and bathroom with shower. There’s
available a private external area, parking, common external area, swimming
pool and barbecue. The house is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, personal
computer with internet access, alarm and video intercom. The kitchen is
provided with cooking point, ventilated oven, dishwasher and refrigerator

AIDA (1829 square feet, accommodating 6/8 persons)

bathroom with shower and access to large terrace with gazebo and barbecue.

external solarium, twin room, double room with balcony and bathroom with
shower. There are two private external areas, barbecue and private parking

LOW SEASON: (8 Jennuary– 19 March), (28 October – 19 December).
HIGH SEASON: (20 December – 7 Jennuary), (20 March – 27 October), New Year's
Eve, Eastern, Public Holidays.
The above rates include: taxes, water, electricity and heating consumption,
final cleaning, bed and bathroom linen, and weekly change. Extra mid week
cleaning with linen change € 35,00.
Not included: extra cleaning, extra bed linen, telephone and internet connection.
