Old farmhouse dating back to the 1400s, built just outside Perugia. Located
in open countryside, but really close to the historical centre of the city,
it was converted into a family villa in the 1970s. During 2001-2002, the
building has been refurbished again and remodelled into three sumptuous
apartments, which are intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday
periods in Umbria.
We are offering something that has been missing in central Italy; not an
average farm holiday accommodation or an uninspiring flat, but luxurious
apartments in a villa.
What makes this offer unique is undoubtedly the friendly family management,
which provides a combination of tradition, culture, elegance and comfort.
This balance is beautifully achieved in apartments furnished with antiques
and decorated with frescoes, depicting the paintings of the most celebrated
Umbrian painters of all time.
The owners live in an adjacent wing of the villa, a guarantee of a warm,
friendly Italian welcome. Their hospitality will ensure help with all your
needs, suggestions for sight-seeing and cultural tours of the most interesting
Umbrian towns.
We would also like to mention that Umbria is internationally famous for
the quality of its wines and olive oil, both of which have been produced
and exported for centuries. Visits to wineries and oil mills is also recommended,
to experience the ancient roots of Umbria.
The apartments can accommodate several guests ( 2-3 beds, or 4-6 beds ),
they all have colour TV, satellite, Jacuzzi and/or albatross whirlpool bath,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fans, mosquito-net, safe,
small library, and a living room with fireplace. Every apartment has a little
garden, reserved parking spaces, barbecue; kennel and table-tennis table
available. A welcome pack for the first breakfast is provided in every apartment.

Weekly stayings are from Sturday to Saturday.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (only weekly stay in high season periods).
Prices also include: water, heating and light cost; towel and linen change once a week; apartments cleaning once a week; housing for dogs in a protect zone of the garden (on request) and a welcome pack of bread, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, Corn flakes, butter, infusion, biscuits, water, orange juice and jam will at least provide breakfast on Sunday morning (or on the first morning after your arrival).
